Important Update: New Excise Tax for Vaping Products in Poland (July–August 2025)
Starting from July and August 2025, the Polish government has introduced new excise tax regulations for vaping devices and e-liquids. This change affects all businesses and consumers who buy or sell vaping products in Poland.
What Has Changed?
According to the official announcement from the Ministry of Finance (see here), the excise tax now applies to:
✅ Vaping Devices:
A flat fee of 40 PLN (approximately €9.50) per device.
✅ Vaping Liquids:
An excise duty of around 0.45–0.50 EUR per ml of e-liquid and vaping oil.
Why This Matters
If you import, sell, or use vaping products in Poland, you will see an additional fee on each device and every millilitre of liquid you buy. This new regulation aims to standardize the market and generate tax revenue from new categories of nicotine and non-nicotine liquids.
How Does It Affect You?
At Kannastar, we are committed to transparency and legal compliance. Our prices will now include this mandatory excise duty:
-

We encourage all customers to stay informed about these new requirements.
